I'm not used to such hubris, like days spas and deodorant and stuff.

Haven't had supermarket frozen French bread pizzas for years. I ate two before I streamed last night and... yeah. Two hours of clearing my throat while zombie killing

*crosses bad pizza off the Okay to Eat list*

My gut microbes seem to be healing, as I've been able to digest gluten on the regular now.

If I told you I've started Intermittent Fasting (IF) and I've lost 10% of my body weight in a week, you wouldn't believe me. so I'm not going to tell you that.

But, erm, if you can get over the Day 2 HANGRY you feel, it works. I doubt Week 2 IF will be as dramatic as Week 1 (and mathematically it can't) but I'm going to give it a go.

I'll post IF details when I feel its safe enough it to greenlight (remember I've fasted for longer periods in the past with unpleasant results) . This is still at the "what works and what I can handle" phase. 😛
