Currently rockin The CURRENT[ (Minneapolis radio) That has been spinning Dead Kennedy's, Eurythmics and Led Zeppelin in the last hour... Expecting Motown any minute. ☮️
Technically St. Paul music :D (MPR, although it has its faults, is way more listenable to me than any other station in the Twin Cities.)

Originally Northfield music, back when it was WCAL (the public radio station of St. Olaf College). Alternative Classical, once upon a time. (Some of us Olaf grads are still a little salty that they sold the station to MPR.)

What's the point of wearing your favorite rocketship underpants if nobody ever asks to see 'em?

Tonight, after the excitement of yesterday, a couple of cover versions of songs to which one can calm down a little:

"Yellow," covered by Jodie Whittaker (orig. Coldplay) (Yes, the Doctor can sing!)
"Dreams," covered by Irish Women in Harmony (orig. The Cranberries)

I'm listening to Pera Ensemble's The Saint and the Sultan 1219. It's a musical look at the meeting of St. Francis of Assisi and Muslim Sultan Al Malik Al Kalim.
the band was altogether, yes he was alright, the song went on forever

Angel Olson - Aisles

I don't think i realized just how fucked up of a song Gloria was. And her Safety Dance and If You Leave are brilliant.

Very much Strange Girls and These Eyes Before vibes.

Zombie

Watching my city's elections tonight. Really wish the failed public safety amendment had an actual plan behind it. Zombie is, yeah.

Do podcasts count for this thread? I'm listening to the "Ty and That Guy" podcast reviewing The Escape. Good stuff.
