I know I have been neglecting you lately, Board. I've busy, and a little sad, and a little lazy.
What's the point of wearing your favorite rocketship underpants if nobody ever asks to see 'em?

Seems normal.
I worry about you if you think I’m normal!
There is Meatspace, outside of WE, normal, and then there is World's End normal.

Damn, the mental image of him with his guitar selfies immediately flashed into my mind. This place has SUCH a deep etching on my life.

Baby Cheeses will always bring a picture of Lester Zombie to my mind. Rest well, Lester Zombie.

I'm taking the next two weeks off to use up the last of my PTO and cover kiddo's Christmas break, which means I also need to work ahead on all the things that need to be scheduled and uploaded during that time. But instead I'm watching Rick Martinez on YouTube. Shh!

A few weeks ago I bought some vintage magic items off ebay. I received them promptly and well packaged and I had plenty of time to wrap the things, considering that the tree wasn’t even up when I got them.

I put them... somewhere.

It should be in the clutter next to my chair (also, chair is swivel-y and open underneath, and so nothing is lurking under there), in the closet with all the other presents, or in the cabinet behind my bed.

It is none of those places. I checked, repeatedly. Last night I took nearly everything out of that closet and moved around the big things hoping it had fallen behind. Nope. Not in my knitting bin, not in the angry bunnies bag, not in my bedroom.

It’s just gone. Is this the sacrificial present to appease the winter gods? I dunno.
