What are you drinking? (and why?)

So you are drinking it, but should you be?

[Recently binged Travel Man, and Richard Ayoade I am not]

My career has changed drastically over the past year. I have moved on from IT to study wine, spirits and beer. Primarily wine, I have Sommelier Certs from a few different organizations and an absolute love of wine knowledge. Spirits, I am apt. Beer, I have been brewing all grain for almost a decade.

So, what are you drinking? Or would you like advice for a pairing? or any other questions would be welcome.

Coffee, because Target had whole beans from Stumptown. I used to order from there and I remember it was tasty. It’s still pretty good, but the local coffee roaster is good too, so I’ll buy from them :)

Cold press because I live on it.

Everclear (which I don't actually drink), because I can can also use it as a spray disinfectant. Yay 2020

That change to beer and wine expert sounds mind and soul saving. Doing what you love.

We're massively overdue for a trip to the liquor store (need some good reds and some whiskey). But NA, I've been making lots and lots of Turkish coffee and espresso lately. There's an art to the former that I haven't fully mastered, but damn, it's good.

I have never had Turkish coffee, but I suspect that I would like it.

Coffee. Maxwell House half caf made in a $40 drip coffee maker, reheated in the microwave, with fat free half and half.

I have made some very poor decisions in life to lead to this.
