What are we watching?

Want to talk about some nifty piece of media that isn't Neil-related? This is the place to do it.

Antlers looks like a movie I will go see. I think Halloween Kills will be a streaming freebie for me, but I won't pay to see Spoopy-Murderface-Guy-cheats-death-and-tries-to-kill-his-sister AGAIN

note that im barely paying attention to the game right now 😛

Doom Patrol S3E6

Starting to pick up again. Strange homage to the 1932 movie Freaks.

The RiffTrax guys are doing a live event in theaters Tuesday, Oct 26th! They'll be picking apart one of the god-awful Amityville sequels, Amityville 4: What Dumbass Would Buy this House Now? (or something like that).

If you like snark humor and don't feel like watching ONE PITCH THROWN EVERY TWO MINUTES (World Series), these live RiffTrax events are fun!

HBO Max's Halloween content is *chef's kiss*. Really like their setup and options for different types of content. Not feeling slashers this year, so much as quality vampire content.

Aquaman: King of Atlantis
Rating of Scoot: DIMES

Its Aquerman if the people behind Crayon Shin Chan made it

This cartoon is silly goodness. No pozz, just over the top kid-friendly weirdness. Aquerman even makes the woob-woob-woob sound when he thinks at fishies. This is the kind of show that'll get a cult following in college dorms.

I likes it. Dad might like it too if he ever stops playing the Final Fantasy X remake. 🙄

Watched Dune last night. Not sure what to rate this...

Think Space Opera.
Think sloooooooooow pace.
Think the director was ironically inspired by Star Wars and Apocalypse Now.

I mean, it's good, but... that feel when you like the swords to glow and not the swordfighters 😕

Not quite done with it, but so far I like Dune. It’s the book/previous movie that I vaguely remember.

How is it that Netflix has all of the Underworld movies, excepting the second??
